I've had fun fostering some puppies in the past few weeks for Homeward Bound Dog Rescue. Normally, I gravitate towards fostering seniors but with another puppy in the house, it's been great to host some pups that will match her endless puppy energy.
Also, I get to have some of the cutest subjects for dog photography in the studio. I can't say it's easy, but the results are ridiculously cute! Dog photography requires as much patients as baby photography - sometimes more! And like kiddos, you are on their timeline. They decide when they are ready. A good treat or two will usually help them decide that now is a good time.
Below, you will see brothers Luigi and Bowser. They came for a short stay while their foster mom was on vacation. Bowser (the brown boy) has already gone to his new home, and Luigi (the black and white boy) is still waiting for his new family.
Next, we have Bert. He, his brother, Ernie, and his mom, Louise, are all still available and waiting for their perfect families. You can apply to adopt any of the pups on the Homeward Bound Dog Rescue - Adoption website.
Remember, if you would like a sweet snap of your furbaby, I'm available for pet photography, in studio or on location.
